- March 15, 16, and 17th: Good Food Festival and Expo

Formerly the Family Farmed Expo, the Good Food Festival is one the largest and best venues for promoting locavorism, slow food, and hand-crafted edible delights. JDY is proud to partner with five of our favorite local producers -- Nordic Creamery, Cook's Bison Ranch, CDK Angus, Perkins Pork, and the Scrumptious Pantry -- to present the best our region has to offer!
- April 14 2012: Bacon Fest

There should really only be two food groups: Bacon, and Everything Else. We're teaming up with Big Fork Brands, makers of the as-delicious-as-it-sounds Bacon Sausage, to present all manner of full on smoky, porky, fatty, salty awesome.
- May 5-8 2012: National Restaurant Association Convention

The largest foodservice convention in the US, the National Restaurant Association Convention brings 1000s of chefs and professionals to Chicago every summer. This year, JDY will be hosting a booth for the first time. To help us out, we have invited some of the coolest food-folks the US and Spain have to offer: Aceitunas Losada, Conservas Ortiz, Aecovi-Jerez, Castillo de Canena, Cinco Jotas, TCHO Chocolate, and Creminelli Fine Meats.
